the response of the flagging to be updated realtime for sender and receiver, so that frontend can adjust the UI to visualize that message was flagged by the system and will be reviewed.

Hi! This is now live — you can now flag and review moderated messages without automatically blocking them. The flagging status updates in real-time for both sender and receiver, so your frontend can visually indicate when a message has been flagged and is under review.
