Add 24-Hour Clock Format Support in Web Widget

In Sweden, the 24-hour clock format is the standard, so the timestamps should appear in 24-hour format instead.

Additionally, the widget displays “em” and “fm” instead of the expected 24-hour time representation, which makes the timestamps appear incorrect for Swedish users.
