Add option to completely disable long-press functionality for message bubbles.

In android UI KIT, the Message List component, there is no direct method to completely disable the long-press functionality on message bubbles. This leads to an inconsistent user experience, especially in scenarios where developers want to restrict user interactions with message bubbles entirely. It would be highly useful to have a dedicated method or flag that allows developers to fully disable the long-press functionality and its associated animation for message bubbles.
