Add Participant to Ongoing Call (React Native Calls SDK)

In the current implementation of the CometChat React Native Calls SDK, there is no option to add new participants once a call has already been initiated. For instance, during a one-on-one or group call, the UI does not display any “+” icon or similar functionality that allows the host or participants to invite others to join an ongoing call.

We would like to request a feature enhancement that enables adding participants dynamically during an active call session. This is essential for real-time collaboration scenarios where users may need to bring additional participants into the call without having to end and restart it.

Expected Outcome:

• A visible “Add Participant” or “+” button in the call UI.

• Ability to invite new users to join the call while it’s in progress.

• Automatic update of the call participant list for all users.
