Calls SDKs logs "something" to the client-side console when run

When rnnoise.js is imported by the calls-sdk-javascript package, it runs a function “rnnoiseWasmInit” whose first line is “console.log(‘something’);”. This logs to the console of the client-side Dev Tools, which clutters the console with unnecessary logging that looks unprofessional and even suspicious.
