Combine Consecutive Messages from Multiple Senders into a Single Grouped Message Block

Currently, when multiple messages are received at the same time from different senders, they are displayed individually with repeated sender names and timestamps, which can create visual clutter and make it harder to read conversations efficiently. The requested enhancement is to intelligently group messages that are sent at the same time from different senders into a combined block, displaying a single timestamp and listing each sender only once where possible.
