Filter the conversations based on Unread Messages

How can I filter the conversations for only those with unread messages? i am looking for a filter for the ConversationRequestBuilder(). What I would like is to filter and show only those lists of conversations that have unread messages, when I use the ConversationsWithMessages UI component.
