History & Logs for webhooks

The customer requires a mechanism to track the history of webhook events for a period of 15 to 30 days. This will allow them to resend events in case of failures and troubleshoot any issues that may have caused the failures. Implementing this feature would help ensure reliability and provide better visibility into webhook event processing.
