Mask/hide the sensitive part of the message instead of blocking the entire message

Instead of blocking the entire msg, is it possible to just hide sensitive text like C*****@***************.com?
It is unclear to both sender and receiver currently that a msg has not been sent (when blocked by the moderation feature).
