Offline Support on React Native UI Kit

Currently, messages are fetched directly via API when a user enters a conversation, meaning that messages are not accessible in offline mode. This feature request aims to introduce offline message support by saving messages locally on the device.

Use Case:

• Users should be able to see previously loaded messages when offline.

• When a user sends a message in poor network conditions and navigates away, the message should still appear in the chat when they return, even if it hasn't been sent yet.

• Failed messages should be indicated clearly and retried automatically when the network is available.
