Paste Screenshot from Clipboard Directly into Chat

Currently, users need to save screenshots to a file before uploading them to chat. We would like to enable users to paste images directly from the clipboard (e.g., using Win + Shift + S on Windows) into the chat input field and send them without needing to manually save and upload the file.
