Per-User Notification Preferences: Enable/Disable Push, SMS, and Email Notifications

There should be a feature that allows each user to customize their notification preferences within the app. This includes the ability to individually enable or disable different types of notifications (Push, SMS, and Email) on a per-user basis. Each user should have full control over their own notification settings.
