Prevent Recent Conversations Moving Down When New Groups Are Created in Bulk.

Clients have noticed that when new groups are created especially many at once their recent conversations move down in the list. This causes active chats to drop lower, making it harder for users to find the conversation they were just in.

Right now, this happens because new groups are considered the latest activity. But customers want recent conversations to stay in place based only on real chat messages, not when a new group is created.
