Replace Stop Icon with Direct Send Callback in Voice Recording

In the voice recording mode, we'd like to replace the stop icon with a call back that lets us send the voice message directly, instead of previewing it and then sending it. We'd also like to be able to put the pause button on the right, and the famous stop button in the middle.
