We need to retrieve the detailed moderation reason for a specific blocked message received through the onMessageModerated callback. Currently, we have to fetch paginated blocked-message records and search for the message ID, which creates unnecessary payload and may become inefficient or unreliable in high-volume applications. We need a direct way to retrieve the moderation record using the message ID/MUID so that we can fetch only the required moderation details.
