Support Customization of Edit Preview UI Above Composer

Currently, when a user edits a message in the React Native UI Kit v4, a default preview UI appears above the message composer. There is no supported way to override or customize this view. This feature request proposes the ability to customize or fully override the edit preview component, enabling developers to better match their application's design and UX requirements
