Support for Multiple Push Notification Tokens with a Single Auth Token

Currently, a single authentication token can only be associated with one push notification token.
To register multiple devices for PNS, developers must either create a mapping to associate each auth token with its corresponding device or generate a new auth token each time the user logs in and manage these auth tokens via the API.
