Support for Processing Email Replies Containing Embedded Images.

CometChat’s current email reply functionality supports only plain text responses. When a user replies to an email notification containing embedded images—such as those included in signatures or inline attachments—the reply is not processed or delivered.
The customer requests that the email reply handling system be enhanced to support replies containing embedded images or HTML content. This enhancement should ensure that such replies are properly parsed, sanitized, and delivered, maintaining the same reliability as plain text replies.
