Support for Third-Party AI APIs (Other than OpenAI, e.g., Anthropic, Gemini)

Currently, CometChat only supports OpenAI APIs. Customers are requesting the ability to integrate with other AI providers such as Anthropic, Gemini, etc. giving them flexibility to choose the service that best fits their needs for performance, compliance, or cost.
