Support Localized Date Formatting in Flutter UI Kit

The Flutter UI Kit currently doesn't localize date formats based on the app's selected locale. Dates like "6 Jun, 2025" always appear in English. This feature request is to enable date formatting that respects the locale set in MaterialApp, so users see dates in their preferred language (e.g., "6 juin 2025" for French).
This will ensure a more consistent and localized user experience across the app.
