Support Replacing Attachments in Existing Media Messages

Currently, editMessage() allows updating metadata associated with a MediaMessage (such as captions, tags, or custom metadata), but it does not support replacing the actual uploaded file or attachment.

The attachment URL remains permanently linked to the original uploaded file, requiring users to delete the existing message and send a new one whenever they need to replace an image, video, audio file, or document.
