Sync Updated Avatars Across All Past Messages

Currently, when sending a message, the sender object includes the avatar URL. At the time messages are sent, if the avatar is not yet set, the sender.avatar value is undefined, causing the default/initial avatar to be displayed. After updating the avatar, only newly sent messages reflect the updated avatar, while previous messages continue showing the initial avatar.

This is the current expected behavior, as the avatar is stored in the message object at the time of sending. However, from a user experience perspective, it would be more intuitive if all past messages from a user reflected the latest avatar update, ensuring consistency across the conversation history.
