Currently, when a user receives a call and chooses not to accept it, there is no built-in option for them to send a quick response message (for example, “Busy right now” or “Will call later”).
We would like to request a feature that allows users to send a short message directly from the incoming call screen if they decide not to answer. This feature improves the user experience by enabling quick communication without needing to open the chat separately.
Expected Outcome:
A “Send Message” or “Quick Reply” button on the incoming call screen.
Predefined message options (e.g., “Busy”, “In a meeting”, “Call you later”) or a custom text field.
The message should be automatically sent through the chat channel to the caller when the user declines or doesn’t pick up.
