Vue UIKit v4 - Support for Date and Time Localization in v4 UIKit Components

Feature request to add support for localizing month and day abbreviations (e.g., “Aug”, “Mon”) and applying the proper date format for the selected language in UIKit components. Currently, these are always displayed in English and use the same date format regardless of locale. This enhancement would ensure both accurate translations (e.g., “Ago” instead of “Aug” in Spanish) and culturally appropriate date formats for a consistent multilingual experience.
